Online Classes and/or Subscriptions:

No refunds on online subscriptions, online training bundles, test vouchers, test preparation materials, books, hands-on labs and last minute training us transactions once the activation code has been redeemed. No exemptions.

Instructor-led or Live Online Courses:

All coursed are delivered instantly on the date that the student is scheduled or purchase the course or class. Typical time for all classes: 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and 5 days. Classes start from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm or other and are delivered by a certified instructor for most technologies. Materials are distributed in class for all instructor-led classes. Some materials are or may be delivered electronically and before the start of the class. A key to unlock the electronic materials are sent via email for your convenience. No refunds on instructor-led classes after first day of training. You must formally cancel the class with one of our administrators on the first day by 12 noon  if not satisfied on the first day of class to qualify for a refund.


IDT'S REFUND, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY: (Does not apply to online courses)


PRIOR TO CLASS START: You may cancel or reschedule this class up to ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class date with no penalties. Cancellations made within ten (10) business days are liable for the full amount of the class price.  A no-show, which is failing to attend the first day of a course without prior written notification to IDT, is subject to full charge of the course fee (list price).  NOTE: $250.00 will also be charged for each courseware received or ordered on your behalf. Courseware cannot be returned or refunded once ordered.


FROM CLASS START: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the class on the first day, you may request to cancel the remaining of the class by 12 noon, however 25% of the amount paid will apply as a cancellation fee. You will also be liable for the price of the book (usually $250 per book) for that class as materials, books or electronic books are non-refundable.


REMINDER: (PER PACKAGE) Regular cost per course (list price) will be charged if Applicant withdraws before completing the full program (package) for each completed course. 


All refunds due will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days. You may transfer to a new class provided the tuition has been paid in full.


If you are using a voucher, subsidy code, or any other promotion presented to you by IDT or our partners, you will be charged full price for every class taken included in such package, in the event that you withdraw from any class, not to exceed the full amount of the package or the value of the voucher. This rule applies, unless otherwise stated in a written contract with IDT and the customer.


PO's and IT Passports are subject to verification. IT Passports must be paid in full to be redeemed.


In the event that a class is cancelled, IDT will only be liable for tuition fees incurred due to the cancelled class. We do not refund travel or lodging expenses of any kind. Some classes may not be available at a certain time of the day.


We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or due to an unforeseen situation. You will be notified via phone or email within five business days or sooner before the class start in the event of a cancellation, postponement or reschedule. If this situation arises, you have the right to a full refund.


If you register within the ten (10) days of the class start and we processed your credit card or check, you will be notified via phone of any issues in the event the class cannot be run. We would like to disclose that we do schedule more classes than what we have room for. It is your responsibility to call the center to verify that the class will happen in the event that you do not hear from us first.


We ask our clients to refrain from soliciting or offering employment to our trainers or engineers. Violation of this clause will lead IDT into charging your organization up to 30% per year for hiring any of our employees or contractors as well as any monies used in a legal dispute.


If your package includes test vouchers, these are good for a year from the date you start your first course. It is your responsibility to schedule your exam with the appropriate exam vendor to avoid losing any monies paid.


Tuition fees are subject to change without notice.

If you have purchased an e-learning course, you will receive the e-learning voucher via drop ship within 48 hours. E-learning vouchers are non-refundable. Please note that the activation code is listed in the voucher to access your 90-day subscription.
